Any/all business relationships (to include binding legal contracts) will be conducted via hardcopy, direct e-mail, phone calls, Zoom meetings, and/or face-to-face meetings with clients. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
PLEASE NOTE: Entering into a contract which requires payment information to be provided (i.e. - account numbers for direct debits), said data will be required to process any/all payments. Payment transactions using common means of payment are only made via encrypted SSL or TLS connections (verifiable in a web browser’s address field when "http://" changes to “https://” and a lock icon is displayed to the left thereof.) In the case of encrypted communication, any payment details submitted to the Site Operator cannot be read by third parties.
Information Blocking & Deletion
As permitted by law, website visitors have the right to be provided (at any time & 100% free of charge) with information about any personal data which are stored - as well as the origin, recipient, and purpose for which they have been processed.
